Accessible Seating
Lucas Oil Stadium has accessible seating located in each price level. This seating is subject to availability. For detailed information regarding ticket availability, please call Colts Ticket Office at (317)297-7000. On game day, please call (317)262-3389.
Lucas Oil Stadium is a fully accessible facility. All entrances into the stadium are accessible. Guests may use ramps, elevators and escalators to move between all levels. Accommodations for persons with disabilities include family restrooms, accessible ticket and concession counters, first-come, first-serve designated parking, assistive listening devices and wheelchair availability.
Lucas Oil Stadium is a sensory inclusive venue to support individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD, and other similar conditions. Sensory bags are available to those who need support from overstimulation and noise. Find more information here: Accessibility at Lucas Oil Stadium
Alcohol Policy
Indianapolis Colts guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Valid government issued picture identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverages. The purchase limit may be reduced and sales may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of stadium management.
Guests will not be allowed to enter Lucas Oil Stadium if visibly intoxicated. Intoxicated and/or disorderly behavior may result in ejection from Lucas Oil Stadium without refund.
All guests are required to show valid identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages
Limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages maximum will be sold per visit to the concession stand.
State Law prohibits alcohol to be carried into or out of ticket taking check points.
Alcohol sales will end no later than the conclusion of the 3rd (third) quarter throughout Lucas Oil Stadium.
Violations of the alcohol policy may result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of ticket privileges.
Animals
Lucas Oil Stadium welcomes guests with disabilities and their assistive animals. While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact Lucas Oil Stadium at 317-262-8600 in advance of the event in order to most appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and their animal.
App Assistance
The Colts mobile app provides guests with a full range of team and stadium-related information such as mobile ticketing, and exclusive Colts content. For help downloading or using the apps, please find one of the Red-Vested Mobile Team Members located outside the stadium or visit Guest Services on the Main or Upper concourses.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
Assistive Listening Devices are available during all major events. Please visit any of the Guest Services kiosks located throughout the stadium for assistance.
Autographs
Lucas Oil Stadium does not have designated autograph locations and does not process autograph requests.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
Huntington Bank has furnished Lucas Oil Stadium with three (3) accessible ATMs on Street Level. ATMs are located on the North Concourse (west end of Lucas Oil Plaza), South Concourse (across from Section 132), and West Concourse (across from 143). Cash to Card machines are also located at Sections 116 and 543.
Away Game Tickets
As a visiting team, the Colts receive a very limited number of tickets for each away game, which are used by Colts personnel. Therefore, we are unable to sell away game tickets. We suggest that you contact the ticket office of the host city for availability. You can also visit NFL Ticket Exchange online at www.nfl.com/ticketexchange. Please note; prices on the NFL Ticket Exchange may exceed face value.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations can be found in all public restrooms located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium.
Bag Searches
All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the stadium. All permissible bags per the policy of the event will be permitted into the stadium after a thorough inspection by a Security Representative. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by a Security Representative to shift and possibly remove the contents. Bag storage is not available for any bags not permitted into the stadium and must be taken back to car, hotel, etc.
Balloons
Balloons are prohibited within Lucas Oil Stadium.
Banners
Banners are permitted and welcomed at Lucas Oil Stadium provided they are not offensive or in poor taste. Banners may not obstruct stadium signage or the view of any fans. In addition, poles and/or sticks cannot be used to hold up or support banner or sign. Banners may not be affixed to Lucas Oil Stadium in any way.
Beach Balls and Other Inflatable Items
Beach balls and other inflatable items are prohibited within Lucas Oil Stadium.
Bicycles/Bike Racks
The Indianapolis Colts & Lucas Oil Stadium encourages guests to utilize bicycle transportation when visiting the stadium Lucas Oil Stadium does have a very limited number of bicycle racks available on a first come, first served basis. Bicycle racks are located outside of the Colts Pro Shop on Capitol Avenue on the NE side of the stadium and on South Street on the NW side of the stadium near Gate #5. Bicycles should not be secured to fences or any other structure on stadium grounds.
Binoculars
Binoculars are permitted to be carried into the stadium. Binocular cases must fall within permissible dimensions per stated bag policy or will not be allowed into stadium.
Birthday Buttons
If you are attending an Indianapolis Colts home game on your birthday, please visit the nearest Guest Services kiosk located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium! These buttons are encouraged for guests of ALL ages, young and old!
Bottles and Cans
Bottles and cans of any kind are prohibited from being brought into the stadium.
Bud Light Responsible Fan
Indiana has the best fans in football. And if you're 21 or older, remember that Responsibility Has Its Rewards. Sign up to be a Bud Light Responsible Fan at Colts home games and always plan for a safe ride home – whether that's requesting a ride-share service or using a designated driver. Fans 21 years of age or older who pledge to enjoy responsibly and have a safe ride plan will have the chance to be named the Bud Light Responsible Fan of the Game, which includes a chance to win tickets a Colts home game including pre-game sideline passes. Bud Light Tailgate Tent
Visit the Bud Light Tailgate Tent located inside American Family Insurance Touchdown Town. This area included drink specials, special appearances by Horseshoe Legends, the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders and more.
Featuring $3, 16 oz. Aluminum Bud Light Bottles.
Opens 3 hours prior to kickoff and closes 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

Cameras
Still cameras are permitted inside the Stadium, but lens length is restricted to 6 inches (extended). However, due to NFL policy, video cameras are prohibited. Camera cases must fall within permissible dimensions per stated bag policy or will not be allowed into stadium.
Cashless Payment
All Colts games are cashless. Accepted forms of payment at concessions and the Colts Pro Shop include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Reverse ATM machines will be available for fans who need to exchange their cash for pre-paid debit cards. These machines will be available outside sections 116 and 543.
Charging Stations
There are limited charging stations located throughout the stadium, so guests are able to recharge their mobile devices so they can stay connected while at the event.
Cheerleaders
The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders are comprised of 26 members. More information can be found by visiting https://www.colts.com/cheerleaders/ or calling 317-808-5341.
Lucas Oil Stadium is dedicated to providing a safe, friendly and clean entertainment experience. Guests who violate the Guest Code of Conduct may be ejected. Lucas Oil Stadium has adopted an escalating scale of enforcement for Guest Code of Conduct violations. Ejections are documented and anyone ejected from the stadium may be banned from future Lucas Oil Stadium events. The purpose of this policy is to help ensure that all Lucas Oil Stadium guests enjoy a positive event day experience.
Concessions
The Colts and Sodexo Live! have joined hands with many local and national brands to offer a wide variety of food and beverage choices for our fans. There are 59 permanent concession stands and 90 portable food and beverage stands in Lucas Oil Stadium with more than 500 points of sale. Concessions are open to all fans at the same time as the gates. Non profit groups are encouraged to contact Centerplate if they are interested in raising funds for their organization by working in a concession stand during Colts games at NFPIndy@centerplate.com.
Coolers and Hard-Sides Containers
Coolers and hard-sided containers are prohibited at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Lucas Oil Stadium's ticket office, concession stands and retail stores accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.

Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote controlled aircraft at Lucas Oil Stadium is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Elevators are located in each quadrant of Lucas Oil Stadium. They are in operation when doors are open until one hour after the conclusion of the game.

Escalators
Escalators are available in the North and South Plaza areas. These stop at all public levels – Street Level (100-200), Loge Level (300-400) and Terrace Level (500-600).

Field Trespassing
Any guest attempting to enter the field or cause objects to enter the field before, during or after a game or event will be subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines.
First Aid
There are four (4) satellite First Aid Stations throughout the building. One (1) is located on Street Level across from Section 118, one (1) located on the Loge Level near section 323 and two (2) are located on the Terrace Level near sections 515 and 544. Should you need immediate assistance, please find the nearest security person or user and they will dispatch help to you. The First Aid Office is located on Street Level across from section 145.
First Game Buttons
To commemorate a first Indianapolis Colts game, please visit the nearest Guest Services kiosk (121, 330, 519, 545) located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium! These buttons are encouraged for guests of ALL ages, young and old!

Game Programs
Complimentary game day playbooks will be provided at every guest's seat. Any issues related to game day playbooks may be reported to any Guest Services Booth.
Gates and Entry Points
The gates at Lucas Oil Stadium are open to the public two (2) hours prior to kickoff. There are four main gates surrounding the stadium. All gates are equipped to accommodate persons with disabilities and wheelchairs.

Guests may be dropped off and/or picked up on the southwest corner pull-through location off of Missouri Street, or on the northeast side of the stadium, on Capitol Avenue by the Colts Pro Shop. Please refer to the Parking map for further information.
Guest Services
The Indianapolis Colts Guest Services staff, along with Lucas Oil Stadium Guest Services personnel, are dedicated to greeting and servicing our customers. Guest Services windows are located on Street Level near section 121, Loge Level near section 330 and Terrace Level near sections 519 and 545 of Lucas Oil Stadium. The Guest Services windows open at the same time as the gates and remain open until the conclusion of the game. Fans are advised to visit the Guest Services windows with any questions or to request assistance while in the Stadium. Personnel in the windows are prepared to answer facility, ticketing or future event questions.

Hand sanitizer is available to fans throughout the stadium near concession locations, walkways into seating sections, restrooms and guest services locations. It is also available in every suite and elevator lobby on all levels.

Lost and Found
Lost and found items should be given to a Guest Services staff member. Lost items may be claimed at the Guest Services kiosk at section 121, which will remain open for 30 minutes after the game has concluded. After each game the items will be delivered to the Security Office. All items must be claimed within two (2) weeks after the event. Please make appropriate arrangements to retrieve all Lost and Found items. To contact the Security Office, call (317) 262-4000.
Lost Parents…Found Children Program
Parents and guardians may sign up at any of the Guest Services windows to register their child(ren) to receive a wristband in case they get separated or lost. If you and your child(ren) get separated, please seek the nearest usher, security or Guest Services personnel.
Lucas Oil Stadium Plaza Stage
Colts fans are invited to enter the Stadium when gates open to enjoy live music on the Lucas Oil Stage. The stage is located at the North end in Lucas Oil Plaza. Music will end ½ hour before kickoff.

Medical Devices
Fans needing to bring medical devices to the game are welcome to enter through any gate. While medical devices are not subject to the clear bag policy, they will be subject to search at the gates.
Merchandise

Nursing Mothers
Lucas Oil Stadium contains a Mamava suite for nursing mothers. The suite is a self-contained, mobile pod with comfortable seating, a fold-down table, interior lighting, an electrical outlet for a breast pump, a USB port and a door that can be locked for privacy. The 4-by-8-foot pod is meant for individual use, but can fit more than one person, such as mothers with babies and other children in tow.
The three (3) Mamava suites are in the following locations:
- Street Level, southwest corner near Section 132
- Street Level, northeast corner near Sections 108-110
- Terrace Level, southeast corner near Sections 518/619T
In addition to the Mamava suite, the Mother's Room, another stadium location for breastfeeding or pumping, is located on the Loge Level next to the Lucas Oil Stadium administrative offices near Sections 307/407.
Nursing mothers can enter the stadium with breast pump supplies at any gate. While breast pumps are not subject to the clear bag policy, they will be subject to search at the gates.

Outside Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Lucas Oil Stadium. If you attempt to bring food and beverage inside the stadium you will be asked to dispose of it.

Parking
Downtown Indianapolis offers roughly 70,000 parking spaces to patrons that visit for various events. Maps of downtown and parking options are available at www.indydt.com. Due to limited spaces available to public near Lucas Oil Stadium, please allow sufficient time to get to the stadium on Colts game days.
Playoffs (Pay-As-We-Play)
Pay-As-We-Play is an exclusive opportunity that allows season ticket members to secure their seat(s) for the postseason without putting any money down in advance and only be charged for individual games as they are confirmed. If the Colts do not host a home playoff game, the credit card is not charged. Season ticket members will be contacted during the off-season to opt-in to Pay-As-We-Play. Should a season ticket member not with to opt-in to Pay-As-We-Play, additional opportunities to purchase playoff tickets will be available during the season.

Public Safety
The Indianapolis Colts and the City of Indianapolis want to keep all fans safe at Colts home games. Just as air travelers need to know safety procedures each time they take a flight, everyone in the stadium needs to be prepared for potential safety instructions. Radios
Hand-held radios for personal use are allowed in the stadium as long as they are not larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are encouraged.
Recycling
Lucas Oil Stadium is constantly working to improve our recycling efforts with recycling bins conveniently place throughout the stadium for plastic, glass, and aluminum beverage containers. The Colts encourage fans to seek out and toss beverage bottles and cans into the recycling bins located throughout the public concourses, club lounges & suites. With fans participation, Lucas Oil Stadium is recycling nearly 22 percent of all waste to conserve natural resources, save energy and be good environmental stewards.
Re-entry Policy
No re-entry. Guests may not exit and reenter the ticket taking area during an Indianapolis Colts game.
Ride Share
All guests must use Northbound Illinois Street as their pick-up/drop-off location for Ride Share. To request a ride post game, guests must exit the stadium and walk towards Illinois Street to ensure a smooth pick-up. Guests will be unable to request a ride until they are outside of the geofenced perimeter.

Public restrooms (men, women, and family) can be found all throughout Lucas Oil Stadium.

SEE Something, SAY Something
Did you see something suspicious on your way to the stadium or at the game? Then say something to local authorities to make it right. To report suspicious activity, call 1-877-226-1026.
Smoking Policy
Local Ordinance prohibits smoking, the use of e-cigarettes and chew less tobacco in Lucas Oil Stadium. Fans who wish to smoke may go outside at each gate and be at least 10 feet from doors. (Per City County General Ordinance No. 44 Sec. 616-201 effective March 1, 2006)
Strollers
Strollers are permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium and may be checked at any Guest Service kiosk. Strollers may not block aisles or obstruct another patron's view.

Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in parking lots surrounding the Stadium. Guests are asked to not block other parking spaces to tailgate in or reserve parking spaces for late arriving guests. Lots generally open 5 hours prior to kickoff. R/V and standard vehicle reservations are available. Taxi Service (Post-Game)
Taxis are generally available near large downtown hotels and other designated areas. In addition, after Colts home games a "taxi lane" is created on the west side of Illinois Street – south of South Street (just 2 blocks east of Lucas Oil Stadium).
Time Zone
Your game tickets are marked with the local kickoff time for each individual game. Please advise that Indianapolis does take part in daylight savings time as of April 2006 (Eastern Time Zone).

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted in Lucas Oil Stadium. However, Lucas Oil Stadium does not assume responsibility or offer a 'check service' for such items. Umbrellas may not block aisles or obstruct another patron's view.

Due to NFL policy, video cameras are prohibited.

Water Fountains
Water fountains are located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Guest Services kiosks throughout Lucas Oil Stadium. In the absence of an emergency, a valid driver's license or other suitable identification will be required as a deposit for the wheelchair. Wheelchairs may not be removed from the facility.
WiFi

Will Call is located at the Lucas Oil Stadium Ticket Office at the SE corner of the stadium on street level and opens two hours before kickoff.

Zero Tolerance
Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Colts reserve the right to revoke the season tickets or stadium builders license of those individuals whose conduct is determined inappropriate as defined by the Guest Code of Conduct or who violate the law.
