Each year, Colts players, coaches and staff are invited to hundreds of community and corporate events throughout Indiana. In order to review your appearance request properly and quickly, we ask that you carefully read and follow the information provided below:

SUBMITTING A REQUEST

In order to be considered, ALL appearance requests must be submitted in the following manner:

• All requests must be submitted at least eight (8) weeks prior to the date of the appearance.
• All requests must be submitted using the ONLINE Appearance Request Form.
• All Appearance Request Forms must be completed in their entirety in order to be considered.

PLAYER APPEARANCES

Important Notes

• Due to the high volume of requests,  most appearances are limited to central Indiana locations.
• When submitting a request, you must select a specific date for your appearance. Requests with "open date availability" will not be considered.

Event Guidelines: All event requests should include.

• A clearly defined role/activity for the player(s) (i.e. reading a book, speaking, volunteering, etc.).
• Direct interaction with children, seniors, fans or other community members.
• Wide-reaching impact (ensuring that the maximum number of people reached is possible).
• A purpose separate from player's attendance (We recommend that your event NOT center on a player's appearance, but that the appearance complements the event).

Player Availability

• Colts Community Mondays. During the NFL regular season (Sep.-Jan.), Monday is the players' only day off. As such, they use that day each week to take part in charitable events throughout Indiana.
• Players are NOT available during the team's bye (off) week or during playoffs.
• Players are NOT available 72 hours prior to a game or on game day.
• Players are NOT available during Training Camp (late July-Aug.). However, training camp is open to the public.
• Players have limited availability during the off-season (Feb.-June), depending on place of residence.
• Each year, Indianapolis Colts players, coaches and staff appear at hundreds of community and corporate events throughout Indiana. In order to properly review your appearance request, we ask that you carefully read and follow the information provided below.

Prohibited Events

• NO activities that may cause bodily harm or physical injuries to players.
• NO Career Days (because of the small percentage of players that advance to the NFL, these type of appearances are not appropriate).
• Due to the hundreds of walks, runs and similar fundraising events across the state during the off-season, we are unable to fulfill requests for player/coach appearances at these events.

Player Fees

The Colts organization does not set fees for external player appearances. These fees are established by each player and his agent and vary depending on the player requested. Some organizations offer players honorariums or make a donation to a charitable foundation as compensation for the player's time. All payments must be made directly to the player at the conclusion of the event.

COACH/STAFF APPEARANCES

Other Colts personalities are available for a limited number of appearances depending on the date of your request. Schedules vary greatly, but are very similar to those of players - when players are busy, so too are many others in the organization who play support roles on and off the field.
