The Indianapolis Colts in partnership with the IHSAA and RCX Sports, hosted the first-ever Colts High School Girls Flag Football Jamboree at Lucas Oil Stadium on December 17th. The event hosted high school girls' teams from Indianapolis, Evansville, Fort Wayne, and South Bend for an afternoon of on-field drills and an instructional clinic, followed by a jamboree-style competition.

Colts cornerback JuJu Brents returned to his former high school to surprise Damien Shanklin of Indianapolis Warren Central High School to represent the Colts at a Nike showcase for emerging talent. The inaugural Nike 'Next Ones' program is an invite-only event for the top 32 prospects in each NFL market where attendees are invited to Las Vegas to experience behind-the-scenes action at Super Bowl LVIII, compete in a skills clinic at Allegiant Stadium, and interact with fellow classmates who will be playing at the collegiate level.

Colts NFL Walter Payton Man of The Year nominee, Zaire Franklin, reveals to South Putnam High School linebacker Aiden Beadles that he has been named as just the third-ever Colts High School Man of the Year award winner, presented by Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.

Girls High School Flag Football from eight high school teams took part in the Colts Flag Football Pilot League event. Schools represented included Arsenal Tech, Ben Davis, Crispus Attucks, George Washington, Shortridge in Indianapolis, and Adams, Riley and Washington high schools in South Bend.
