Signed by the Colts as an undrafted college free agent on June 15, 2023.

COLLEGE:

Appeared in 68 games (56 starts) at North Dakota State (2017-22) and compiled 338 tackles (184 solo), half a sack, 22 passes defensed, 11 interceptions, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one blocked kick. He ended his career with 56 consecutive starts.
A member of four NCAA Division I FCS national championships and four Missouri Valley Football Conference titles in his six years with North Dakota State.
In 2022, he was named a First Team All-America selection by HERO Sports after he started all 15 games and recorded 85 tackles (48 solo), 3.0 tackles for loss, seven passes defensed, one interception and one fumble recovery.
In the fall of 2021, Tutsie earned First Team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference accolades after he started all 15 games and totaled 81 tackles (54 solo), 2.0 tackles for loss, half a sack, four passes defensed, one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
During the 2021 spring season, he earned Second Team All Missouri Valley Football Conference honors after he started all 10 games and accumulated 50 tackles (26 solo) and 2.0 tackles for loss.
As a redshirt sophomore, he started all 16 games and compiled a single-season career-high 105 tackles (46 solo), 3.5 tackles for loss, nine passes defensed, a conference-high seven interceptions and one forced fumble.
In 2018, he saw action in 12 games and registered 17 tackles (10 solo), two passes defensed, two passes interceptions and one blocked kick.
